Location: Sofia, Bulgaria | Work arrangement: Hybrid | Contract type: Full-time | Reports to: Service Delivery Lead - Azure & DWP | Language requirements: Fluent/professional English, written and verbal

As our new Power Platform & Copilot Engineer, you will build the applications and automation that power the business using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online. You will also help embed AI into these solutions through Copilot agents that can answer questions, make decisions, and trigger business processes from concept to production.

The AI side of the role is where you will continue to grow, and we will support you along the way. Experience with Copilot Studio is a plus but not required. If you have successfully delivered Power Platform solutions, you already have a strong foundation. With a structured learning path and support from senior consultants, you will gradually take on more advanced AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain the Power Platform solutions themselves — canvas and model-driven apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse tables and SharePoint Online components

Build agents to the agreed design in Microsoft Copilot Studio— instructions, knowledge grounding, topics, connectors and actions

Wire up the integrations — REST APIs, authentication, permissions, and connections into Dataverse, SharePoint and third-party systems

Deploy through development, test and production following the customer's ALM and approval process

Write the solution documentation and runbook, and support user acceptance testing, adoption and the early support period after go-live

Raise it early when the agreed design does not hold up in the build — a change costs hours at this stage and quarters after go-live

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Copilot, the Power Platform and the systems they integrate with

Contribute reusable work to the practice — templates, components and build patterns other engineers can follow

What we need to see from you

Power Platform delivery, hands-on. Two or more years building on Power Apps — both canvas and model-driven — and Power Automate, with the solution and environment discipline that comes from shipping them to real users rather than to a demo

Dataverse and the Microsoft 365 content layer. You model data in Dataverse, you understand SharePoint Online structure and permissions, and you have connected a solution to something outside it — a REST API, a custom connector or a third-party system

You build hands-on and you test what you build. You can explain what happens underneath the tools you use rather than only which buttons to press, and you check your own work before someone else has to.

Considered a strong advantage

None of the following is required, and nothing here will cost you the role. But each one is a genuine advantage, and if you bring it, you will be building on it from your first week:

Microsoft Copilot Studio — any hands-on agent building: instructions, knowledge grounding, topics, connectors or actions. Not required, and the single fastest thing on this list to learn with us, but it shortens your ramp by weeks

Power Virtual Agents — any real-world experience is highly valuable and counts toward this role.

Python or C# — enough to build and debug a real service, not only scripts. This is the entry ticket to the pro-code path and what lets you review what an AI coding assistant writes rather than trust it

Agent identity and lifecycle — Microsoft Entra Agent ID and Microsoft Agent 365: registration, least-privilege scoping and retirement. Rare experience, and increasingly the difference between a pilot and a production rollout

Microsoft Fabric — OneLake, lakehouse or warehouse fundamentals and Power BI semantic models. The grounding layer beneath every data-aware agent
