By the time a role hits the big job boards, the queue is
hundreds deep.
We read Europe's best career pages ourselves and put it in
front of you first.
The email that beats
the queue.
Get matched roles, before everyone else. We check the boards, apply your filters, and send you the best opportunities while others are still searching.
is already in your inbox.
How it works
01
We check the boards
We read 755 company boards directly, every cycle.
02
We find your matches
Role, seniority, workplace, visa only what fits.
03
You get it first
In your inbox the moment it lands.
-
A week ahead of everyone
Pro reads a role the hour it appears. The free board reads it a week later.
-
Every filter, combined
Cut eight thousand roles down to the handful that are actually yours.
-
Remote, hybrid and visa filters
The two things no ATS publishes, worked out here for every role.
-
Watch roles and employers
You pick what matters. Every board is checked against it on every run.
Half of these roles are gone in four weeks.
Pro reads them the hour they land. Everyone else, a week later.

€100k+ engineering roles at top-tier European companies, an hour before the bots have seen them Be candidate #4 at top-tier European companies, not candidate #400 on a platform that syndicated it Senior engineers rarely lose out on skill at top-tier European companies. They lose out on timing
The reason any of this matters is timing, not volume.
Why the first hour01 / the problem
The first hour is the whole game
A posting’s applicant count is not linear. It stays close to flat for the first hour, then climbs steeply as syndication spreads it across the large platforms and auto-apply tools pick it up.
Recruiters read that pile roughly top-down, and screening often closes before the bottom of it is reached. Being early is worth more than being better later.
- 01
Career pages are polled directly, never read from a feed.
- 02
A role that appears goes on the board on the same cycle.
- 03
Every link goes to the company’s own form, not a middleman.
DIRECTIONAL SHAPE, NOT A MEASUREMENT FROM THIS DATASET. WE RECORD WHEN A ROLE WAS FIRST SEEN, NOT WHEN A COMPANY PUBLISHED IT, AND NOT HOW MANY APPLIED.

02 / questions
How this board works
Where the roles come from, what free includes, and what the paid tier adds. Anything not answered here is worth asking.
Why would I pay when the board is free?
Because you keep being late. Half the roles here are gone in 11 days and 10.4% never see a second morning, the shortlist is drawn in the first two or three days, whatever the posting says. Pro sees a role the hour it lands on the employer’s own board and mails you inside that hour; everyone else sees it a week later on a weekly mail. That week is the whole product. Everything else in the plan is a convenience.
What is actually free, honestly?
The board. All of it, every posting, every employer name, every direct apply link, every filter except workplace and visa, and a weekly mail. Your own lists run to 5: 5 employers followed, 5 roles saved, the last 5 you opened truncated past that, never emptied, with the true count printed beside them. The two things held back whole are the remote board and the visa filter, which are the two this pipeline works out for itself. Postings are never blurred or held behind a login: every role is readable in full at its own URL by anyone, signed in or not. What you are paying for is a week.
Where do the jobs come from?
Straight off each employer’s own applicant tracking system. Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday, Personio, Teamtailor and a few one-offs. Not from an aggregator, not from a feed, not from another job board. That is why nothing here is a repost, and it is also why the timing works: there is no middle layer to be slow.
Is anything on here dead or reposted?
It should not be. Every tracked board is re-read on a cycle and compared with the previous run; a role that has left its employer’s board is closed here on the same pass. If you find a dead apply link, there is a Report button on the row and it goes to a human.
Do you show salaries?
Only where the employer published one. Most European postings do not, and turning a job title into an estimated range is guesswork dressed up as data. You would end up negotiating against a number this site made up. Where a range is in the posting, it is on the row.
Any recruiters, sponsored posts or "featured" employers?
None, ever. No employer has paid to be here or to rank higher, and no agency listing gets in. If a company is not on the tracked list it simply does not appear, however much anyone would like it to. The day that changes it will be labelled on the row rather than buried in a footer.
What does an alert actually do?
It watches a search you saved and mails you when something matches. You do not have to remember to come back, which is the part that always fails. Free is a weekly mail with five roles and a count of the rest. Pro is the moment a matching role lands on the board, up to 30 a month, then batched daily, and carries up to forty roles a mail.
I need visa sponsorship. Can I trust the filter?
Treat it as "worth asking", not as a guarantee. It is worked out per role from the posting itself, because no ATS publishes the field, which is exactly why it is a Pro filter and why 239 roles carry it today. It is the best signal you will get without emailing the employer, and it is not a promise from them.
Can I cancel?
One click in your account. No notice period, no form, no retention call. Pro then runs to the last day of the term you paid for and nothing renews after it.
