Brief info about Vinted
Our mission is to make second-hand the first choice, and we're looking for people who want to help us get there. Every day, we work together to help our members buy and sell pre-loved clothing and lifestyle items, giving each piece a second life – or even a third.
The Vinted Group is made up of three business units that support this mission:
Vinted Marketplace is Europe’s leading platform for second-hand fashion and a go-to destination for all kinds of pre-loved items, with a growing range of categories. Our platform connects millions of members across 20+ markets, helping great items find a new life.
Vinted Go enhances the shipping experience with a vast network of over 500,000 pick-up and drop-off points, partnering with more than 60 carriers across Europe, with added services like item verification for peace of mind on high-value pieces.
Vinted Pay is the newest part of the Vinted Group, dedicated to bringing secure, reliable payments to buyers and sellers across Europe. Seamlessly integrated into the Vinted app, it helps keep every transaction safe, efficient, and easy for our members.
Founded in 2008 in Lithuania, Vinted began as a way for friends to find new homes for clothes they no longer needed. In 2019, we became Lithuania's first unicorn! Today, our headquarters remain in Vilnius, and we've grown with offices across Europe, supported by a team of over 2,000 people.
About Vinted Go
Vinted Go is the dedicated shipping and logistics business of Vinted. We’re building modern, convenient shipping solutions across Europe by connecting B2B merchant shipping services, logistics partners, and local parcel shops.
We’re proud of how fast our network is growing, and we want to scale our marketing the smart way. We don't believe in growing team size just to handle more work. Instead, we invest in smart systems, automated pipelines, and technical leverage so our team can make a huge impact.
About the role
As our Senior Marketing Tech Manager, you’ll be the technical engine of our Growth team. Working alongside a Senior Growth Manager and reporting to our Director of Marketing, you’ll own the technical systems and operational frameworks that power our paid channels across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Rather than managing agencies manually or reading static reports, you’ll connect our media spend directly to physical capacity data. You’ll use AI tools and low-code automations to keep our growth efficient as we expand across Europe.
What you'll do
Direct paid channels with precision: Manage weekly 6-digit budgets across Meta, Google, and TikTok to acquire SMB merchants and activate new parcel shops.
Balance demand with network capacity: Connect ad campaign triggers to our real-time logistics data, ensuring we boost or pause spend based on local parcel shop density and operational limits.
Build AI workflows and automations: Use low-code platforms and AI tools to replace manual tasks, automate reporting, and speed up analytical work from days to hours.
Set up dynamic feeds: Build localised ad templates and dynamic feed systems to scale campaign creative across international markets without creative bottlenecks.
Track commercial payback: Focus on clear unit economics like Cost per Activated Parcel Shop, payback periods, and blended acquisition costs.
Guide data tracking and attribution: Write clear specs for our engineering team to set up tracking (like Server-Side GTM and Conversion APIs), and use statistical methods, MMM, and MTA outputs to guide budget decisions.
What you'll bring
Paid media experience at scale: You’ve managed or overseen monthly budgets of €100,000+ on Meta, Google, or TikTok, ideally in B2B, e-commerce, or logistics ecosystems.
A systems and automation mindset: You regularly use LLMs, prompt engineering, google app scripts or low-code platforms (like n8n) to build automated workflows and solve problems.
Data and tracking literacy: You’re comfortable working with raw, messy data using SQL (or AI-assisted query writing). You know how webhooks, APIs, and event tracking work, so you can easily brief Software and Data Engineers.
Analytical foundation: You understand applied statistics (like significance and incrementality testing) and know how to use attribution models (MTA and MMM) in practice to build attribution models with Decision Scientists.
Commercial focus: You care about business results and unit economics, like payback targets and capacity management.
Global perspective: You’re excited to scale campaigns globally.
What we offer
Real impact: You’ll have the autonomy to build an automated, modern growth setup backed by significant resources.
Systems over headcount: You’ll work in an environment that truly values automation, smart engineering, and leverage over big team sizes.
Meaningful work: You’ll play a key part in building the shipping backbone for millions of people across Europe.

About Vinted
Vinted is Europe's largest second-hand fashion marketplace and one of the few consumer platforms at that scale run entirely from the Baltics. Engineering sits in Vilnius and Kaunas, with product and commercial teams in Amsterdam and Berlin — the Lithuanian sites are the core, not a satellite. The interesting work is marketplace scale: search and recommendations over a catalogue that turns over constantly, payments and trust across two dozen countries.
