YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER

You'll own how 5M+ existing customers experience Hostinger across email, SMS, WhatsApp and in-product messaging - from first purchase through onboarding, engagement, cross-sell, upgrade and renewal. Braze and Vonage are already in place. The team is six strong. Our agents already launch campaigns. You'll need a strong vision on what’s next and the ability to drive the change. You know what a strong lifecycle and data setup looks like and you'll build it with Data and Engineering. Email carries most of our volume today, which suits some markets and underserves others. You’ll build a deliberate mix and scale what works. This role fits two kinds of leaders. We're excited about both:

- Lifecycle leader - you've run lifecycle, CRM or retention at scale and want an environment where you can build anything you want rather than maintain existing setups.

- Product marketing leader or startup CMO - you've owned the commercial story end-to-end and the existing-customer side is where you want to go deeper next.

This is a specialist team, and leading specialists at Hostinger means being able to do the work - you'd rather build and ship than direct from the sidelines. You'll have the agency to change whatever you think should change. Seniority here is the scope and complexity of what you own, not the size of your org chart.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

- Make strategic decisions that drive domain portfolio growth, customer satisfaction, and cross-product attachment rates at scale, across a portfolio of nearly 10 million domains.

- Translate market insights and business strategy into detailed product requirements and prototypes.

- Scope and prioritize features and offers based on registrar operations, customer needs, and integration opportunities with hosting, website builder, email, and other services.

- Ensure roadmap transparency by providing constant updates on development progress.

- Act as the customer advocate by understanding domain buyers' journey and identifying natural expansion touchpoints.

- Work closely with registry partners and internal teams to maximize customer lifetime value through strategic service bundling.

- Monitor industry trends, ICANN policies, and new TLD launches while identifying growth opportunities.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED

- You've led a lifecycle, retention or product marketing team at scale, and you've developed people rather than just managed them.

- You already work AI-first. You're applying AI to content, personalization, segmentation or decisioning today, and you have a view on where it goes next - conviction, not curiosity.

- You're deep on data - cohorts, funnels, experiment design - and you can tell a real result from a flattering one.

- You hold your ground with senior stakeholders who push hard, and you do it with evidence rather than volume.

- Email is a channel you've owned end-to-end. SMS and WhatsApp are a strong bonus, not a requirement.

- Strong commercial mindset - you understand how retention activity connects to revenue, margin, LTV, and sustainable growth

- A high sense of ownership - you drive projects from concept to shipped, and you'd rather do it than delegate it.

- Existing users are where you want to spend the next chapter of your career - expansion and retention, not acquisition.

COMPENSATION

Salary starting from €8000 gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.
