Team Lead of Software Engineers group | Networking Solutions New

We are looking for an ambitious Team Lead of Software Engineers group to join our growing R&D team in Kaunas and help us grow our global presence in IoT sector by quickly and effectively responding to changing market needs and offers reliable, safe and easy-to-use solutions for such areas as Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

Lead and inspire a team of software engineers delivering networking, switching, and wireless solutions.

Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to enhance team performance and satisfaction.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with other teams.

Effectively manage team workload, set clear priorities, and balance resources to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Mentor engineers through regular feedback, performance reviews, and personalized growth plans.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain cutting-edge expertise within the team.

Facilitate clear communication between departments to align development efforts with business goals.

Identify potential project risks and implement mitigations strategies to minimize impact.

Lead efforts to improve development processes, boost system performance, and enhance product quality.

What we expect of you:

Proven experience in leading technical teams, managing priorities, and balancing workloads effectively.

Ability to set clear objectives, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement across projects and processes.

Have experience in providing constructive feedback and career development support.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Knowledge of computer networks, wireless technologies, and switching protocols.

Good written and verbal English skills.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 31 Eur/h up to 55 Eur/h (~5170 Eur—9180 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
