Product Manager - Car Alarm systems | Telematics New

We're looking for a mid-senior Product Manager to lead our Car Alarm product line, from concept through to a full market offering.

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in such spheres as logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will:

Research market needs, competitors, and regulatory requirements in the car alarm and vehicle security space across Europe.

Define and own the product concept: target segments, use cases, value proposition, and technical requirements, including insurer and authorized-installer requirements.

Build and own the business case, driving validation and go-ahead for full development.

Lead the product from validated concept through to a full product portfolio (product basket).

Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales throughout the product lifecycle.

What we expect of you:

Several years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B or tech.

Strong track record of taking a product from concept to market.

Strong analytical and business-case-building skills.

Comfortable owning ambiguity and driving a 0-to-1 process independently.

Interest in automotive, security, or vehicle technology is a plus.

Fluent English; Lithuanian is a plus.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges  from 20 Eur/h up to 28 Eur/h (~3300 Eur - 4670 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get quarterly bonuses.
