What we expect of you:

3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or personnel administration, with experience taking ownership of HR processes.

Experience leading people, either as a manager or team lead with direct reports, or by leading project teams, working groups, or cross-functional initiatives without formal line management.

Strong knowledge of the Lithuanian Labour Code and employment-related legislation.

Experience with HR systems and personnel data management; experience with Rivilė would be an advantage.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and different departments.

Proactive mindset and a continuous improvement approach to People Operations processes.

Fluency in Lithuanian and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.

Strong organizational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, combined with the ability to independently manage priorities, take ownership, and make well-informed decisions.

What we offer:

Great opportunities to grow in a strong and rapidly expanding company.

Interesting and ambitious projects of industrial GPS tracking devices.

Place where curiosity is key: here, we share knowledge and learn in training courses.

Dynamic, challenging work environment and cooperation-based internal culture.

Care about your emotional and physical well-being by offering flexible work schedules and health insurance.

Company-paid sports activities (basketball, football, volleyball, yoga) and other sports events.

Celebrating achievements and having fun together in team building, summer festivals, and other important occasions.

Opportunity for solid bonuses when participating in the recommendation program.

We delight with birthday and Christmas gifts and rewards on work anniversaries.

Office snacks.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 19 Eur/h up to 29 Eur/h (~3170 Eur - 4838 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
