Mobile Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a Mobile Acquisition Specialist to help execute and scale our mobile app growth strategies. Your main focus will be Google App Campaigns, where you’ll support campaign setups, ongoing creative optimizations, and daily performance tracking. You’ll also assist with other paid acquisition channels (Apple Ads, TikTok, Reddit, DSPs and Affiliates), helping test new tactics to drive user growth.

IF YOU WANT TO:

- Set up, monitor, and optimize Google App Campaigns;

- Refresh and test ad assets regularly (copy, images, and video) to find top-performing creative combinations;

- Monitor daily campaign performance, focusing on key metrics like CPI, trial starts, and initial conversion rates;

- Collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm new ad angles and visual assets;

- Learn to navigate mobile attribution platforms to analyze how paid campaigns convert into long-term users;

- Help track performance data across mobile attribution platforms to ensure accurate measurement;

- Pull performance reports and bring data-backed ideas to team discussions;

- Stay curious about industry trends, Google platform updates, and mobile app growth strategies.

AND YOU CAN CHECK OFF:

- Proven experience running digital performance marketing campaigns in Google Ads, experience with App campaigns is a plus;

- Understanding of core performance metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rates, CPA/CPI);

- Strong analytical mindset, you enjoy working with numbers in Excel or Google Sheets to find insights;

- High adaptability and eagerness to learn mobile-specific growth strategies and attribution toolsets;

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
