We are looking for a new Legal Counsel to join our legal team and support a dynamic international business environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on commercial contracts, compliance initiatives, public tenders, and strategic technology projects while partnering closely with stakeholders across several departments and teams. As a trusted legal advisor, you will help enable business growth by providing pragmatic legal guidance, identifying risks, and supporting the delivery of innovative IT solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including IT, software licensing, services, distribution, and sublicensing contracts

Partner with business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Procurement to provide practical, risk-based legal guidance

Support and enhance compliance programs, policies, and internal governance frameworks

Monitor legal and regulatory developments and help ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company standards

Review tender and procurement documentation, assess contractual and legal risks, and prepare supporting legal materials

Coordinate legal matters involving external parties, including regulatory authorities, auditors, banks, and external counsel

Contribute to international and cross-border projects, supporting the delivery of technology solutions and business initiatives

You will operate as an independent contributor, taking ownership of day-to-day legal matters, while working closely with an experienced Legal Officer who will provide guidance on complex legal issues, strategic projects, and professional development.

What we need to see from you

Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent)

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently with complex legal and commercial documentation

Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks, including those related to procurement, tender processes, and cross-border transactions

Ability to advise and influence stakeholders across different functions and countries

Nice to have experience in commercial contracts, IT law, compliance, and legal support within a business environment

Nice to have strong contract drafting, negotiation, and contract management skills, ideally within technology, software licensing, cloud services, or related industries

Work in an autonomous role with the support and mentorship of an experienced legal leader, providing opportunities for continuous professional growth.
