About the Role
We are looking for a Global Mobility Specialist who will support international employee mobility programmes in a dynamic global environment. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries, managing mobility processes, data, reporting, and compliance activities to help deliver efficient, high-quality mobility operations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & System Integrity
Maintain and update Global Mobility systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ensure data completeness, integrity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Continuously review and improve existing mobility processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Support employee lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Participate in annual data and policy reviews to align with evolving business and compliance needs.
Financial & Cost Control Support
Collaborate with the Finance team to monitor and manage costs related to global mobility programmes.
Assist with tracking, analyzing, and reporting mobility-related cost trends.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare, maintain, and distribute key performance indicators (KPIs) and program reports.
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of recurring reports.
Support ad hoc reporting requests and provide insights to support decision-making.
Template & Stakeholder Management
Review and enhance reporting templates to ensure they meet business requirements.
Collect feedback from regional teams to improve reporting structures and processes.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure reporting outputs support organizational needs.
Requirements
English proficiency at B2+ level or higher with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and interpret information.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
