Location: Bulgaria | Work arrangement: Remote | Business area: ERP / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central | Visa Requirements: Valid working rights for Poland | Language requirements: Fluent/Professional English; Bulgarian not required, but reviewed as a plus

SoftwareOne is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer with solution architecture knowledge, or the ambition to grow into a Solution Architect role. In this role, you will help modernize our Business Central landscape from Business Central 14 to Business Central 28, contributing to a scalable, SaaS-ready ERP platform and directly influencing how core ERP capabilities are developed, integrated, and scaled across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics NAV (C/AL) and Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL) solutions, supporting the modernization of legacy functionality into a modern SaaS-ready architecture

Support the upgrade and modernization from Business Central 14 to Business Central 28

Contribute to solution architecture, integration design, and technical decision-making

Build and maintain REST, API, and OData integrations with enterprise systems

Review code, share knowledge, and mentor other developers

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions

What we need to see from you

Strong Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central development experience, including an understanding of legacy NAV solutions and broader ERP business processes such as Finance, Procurement, or Sales

Hands-on AL development experience in production environments, ideally with exposure to Business Central SaaS architecture

Experience with Business Central upgrade, migration, or modernization projects, with a focus on scalable and future-ready solutions

Knowledge of REST APIs, OData, enterprise integrations, Azure services, and cloud integration concepts

Familiarity with GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and modern DevOps practices

Effective communication skills, with a collaborative mindset, the confidence to constructively challenge designs, and the ability or ambition to contribute to solution architecture decisions
