Som vår nye AI Engineer vil du jobbe utelukkende med AI, teknologi og praktisk problemløsning. Du vil bruke din erfaring som utvikler, arkitekt, data scientist, machine learning engineer eller AI engineer til å bygge moderne AI- og LLM-baserte løsninger. Du vil utforske hvordan modeller kan tilpasses konkrete behov gjennom teknikker som prompt engineering, RAG, agentsystemer, finetuning og LoRA-adaptere. Samtidig vil du jobbe tett på kunder og utvikle robuste løsninger med fokus på arkitektur, datakvalitet, sikkerhet, evaluering, drift og reell forretningsverdi.

Ansvarsområder:

Forstå kundebehov og omsette disse til effektive løsninger

Bygge moderne løsninger ved hjelp av generativ AI og tilhørende teknologier

Anvende avanserte teknikker innen språkmodeller og multimodale modeller, inkludert fin‑tuning

Designe og utvikle arkitektur, pipelines og infrastruktur for avanserte AI-løsninger

Holde deg oppdatert på de nyeste utviklingene og innovasjonene innen AI

What we need to see from you

Vi ser etter deg som har:

Flere års arbeidserfaring innen systemutvikling, maskinlæring, data science, AI engineering eller tilsvarende

Erfaring med utvikling av skybaserte løsninger (Azure, AWS, GCP) og Python eller andre programmeringsspråk

Erfaring med LLM-baserte løsninger i produksjon

Forståelse for hvordan AI kan brukes i hele utviklingsprosessen, fra design og spesifikasjon til utvikling, testing og operasjonalisering
