As our new Senior Strategic Advisor AI, you will help customers realize the value of data and AI through strategic advice, transformation initiatives like reviewing operating models, and secure successful implementation. Working across business, technology, and organizational change, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams across exciting industries and companies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead customer engagements focused on data, AI, and business transformation

Develop AI and data strategies, target operating models, roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives

Assess organizational maturity, capabilities, and opportunities for AI-driven value creation

Guide the adoption and scaling of AI solutions, including change management and capability building

Advise customers in areas like AI governance, responsible AI, regulatory requirements, and data management practices

Contribute to ideation, prioritization, business development and implementation, and internal capability development

What we need to see from you

Experience in management consulting, technology advisory, or business transformation

Solid understanding of data, analytics, AI, and how technology creates business value

Ability to lead complex customer engagements and facilitate executive-level decision making

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences

Analytical, structured, and pragmatic approach to solving complex challenges

Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust, drive change, and strengthen team culture
