As our new Treasury Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity across day-to-day treasury operations and ongoing integration activities. Working closely with our internal treasury and finance team across our global organization, you will bring hands-on expertise in liquidity management, risk management, cash management, and treasury operations. This is an opportunity for an experienced treasury professional to step into a visible role, work independently from day one, and make an immediate impact in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day treasury activities across cash management, cash forecasting, and liquidity management

Monitor and analyze cash positions across multiple entities and banking structures.

Assist with liquidity planning and cash flow forecasting processes

Support in Hedging process (fx and interest exposure calculation, pre-trading analysis, trade execution, hedge controlling and effectiveness monitoring)

Support month-end and quarter-end treasury processes including monthly reporting

Support treasury post-merger integration initiatives

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance organization, sales organization) banking partners, and external advisors / auditors

What we need to see from you

Professional experience within a Corporate Treasury environment

Proven experience in liquidity management and risk management

Strong understanding of financial markets and macro- and microeconomic relationships

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently within the defined responsibilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment

Analytical, proactive, and adaptable professional with a strong customer and team orientation
