Coordinate operational assurance, audit readiness, audit finding closure, procedure compliance reviews, and quality management performance.

Govern the lessons learned process by ensuring operational feedback, recurring issues, non-conformances, incidents, and assurance findings are captured, assessed, prioritised, assigned, tracked, and embedded into controlled improvements.

Ensure changes to procedures, competency standards, operational controls, and performance requirements are assessed, approved, communicated, and embedded through controlled Management of Change.

Act as the operational governance interface between Survey Operations, Survey Technical Authority, Crewing, Training, Project Delivery, ROC leadership, vessel teams, and support functions.

Promote operational discipline, procedural compliance, competence, knowledge sharing, accountability, and continuous improvement across the Survey function.

Significant experience in offshore, remote, or technology-enabled survey operations, with strong understanding of survey acquisition workflows, ROC support models, operational controls, assurance processes, data management, and cross-functional delivery environments.

Proven capability to govern operational procedures, competency frameworks, process controls, shift handovers, Management of Change, deviation reporting, quality assurance, operational records, and performance management within a structured management system.

Ability to use performance data, audit outcomes, non-conformances, lessons learned, competency records, and field feedback to identify trends, address root causes, and drive measurable improvement.

Sound operational judgement, including the confidence to challenge unclear or non-compliant working practices, intervene where standards are not met, and escalate safety, quality, competency, or delivery risks through appropriate channels.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Survey Operations, Survey Technical Authority, Crewing, Training, Project Delivery, ROC leadership, vessel teams, and support functions without direct ownership of execution resources.

Strong commitment to HSSE, quality, compliance, assurance, risk management, incident and near-miss reporting, Stop Work Authority, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.

Professional, accountable, and structured working style, with the ability to maintain traceability, embed lessons learned, promote knowledge sharing, and support safe, efficient, repeatable, and high-quality project execution.
