YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER

As Product Manager, you'll get real ownership across a range of topics, from AI-powered creation flows to the everyday product decisions that make or break how it feels to build with us. This is a builder's role, not a coordinator's — we're looking for someone who creates: who gets hands-on with AI tools, sketches, tests prototypes, and drives solutions forward. You'll spot the biggest opportunities to improve how people create, iterate, and launch online, help shape the roadmap rather than just execute it, and carry our culture and customer obsession into everything you build. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

- Own core parts of Hostinger’s innovative online presence products from concept to launching working applications

- Identify and solve the biggest customers problems

- Scope and prioritize product initiatives, translate user needs into clear, well-scoped product requirements

- Conduct client interviews, analyze product data to understand user behaviour and business impact

- Work closely with design and engineering to deliver intuitive and powerful product experiences

- Get hands-on: build and test prototypes yourself, rather than just briefing others

- Monitor customer feedback, community discussions and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement

- Navigate ambiguity comfortably - our products and team structure are actively evolving, and priorities shift as we learn

- Stay up to date with AI, developer tooling, and no-code trends to keep Hostinger at the frontier

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED

- 5+ years of overall product experience with a strong product management track record (experience in product design or data/business analytics are very welcome)

- Have previously launched or owned at least two products end-to-end

- Digital B2C product experience

- Strong data mindset - comfortable working with data and analytics to drive decisions

- Thrive in a dynamic, always changing environment

- Strong sense of ownership - you are the person who drives things forward proactively rather than waiting to be guided

- Comfortable working with international teams and users (experience with products serving markets beyond your home country is a big plus)

- Experience building applied AI products would be an advantage

- Fluent English language skills

COMPENSATION

Salary starting from €5,000 gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.
