Procurement Administrator (F/M/D) New

Location: We are flexible! Come and join us either in Barcelona, Berlin, or Hamburg.

We are looking for a reliable, data driven and highly motivated Procurement Administrator who is interested in improving and maintaining procurement processes into a fast paced and super international company.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

Maintenance and improvement of procurement processes and tools

Synergies with Lyft processes and tools

Assisting procurement managers in the procurement journey: vendor sourcing, NDA collection, Market research, RFP management, Invoicing, etc.

Management of tail spend

Leveraging AI capabilities (Claude, Gemini, etc) to support Procurement use cases

Communication and collaboration with cross functional teams: legal, finance, data protection, infosecurity, etc.

Analysis of data to prepare negotiations and to help smart decision making

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

Studies in Administration, Project, Business Management or equivalent

3 years of experience in Procurement or Project Management

Organisational and analytical skills

Experience abroad

Very good communication skills in English

Good knowledge of Google tools (and/or Microsoft ones), particularly Gsheet/Excel

Good knowledge of JIRA, Docusign, and RFP platforms

Appetite to explore and implement AI use cases
