Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression of the company.

Manage incoming calls and redirect them to appropriate departments or personnel promptly.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and securely.

Maintain and coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces as needed.

Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Collaborate with various teams to support office operations and communication flow.

Proven experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative support roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

A proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues and enhance office efficiency.
