Assistance and advice to the branch management in compliance matters. Identification and assessment of the compliance risks to the branch management and staff.

Establishment of the compliance procedures and policies adapting the Group policies.

To ensure the implementation of the Group Compliance Monitoring programme based on the Regulatory Risk Assessment and on the Corporate Defense Model.

To this end, he/she must (i) ensure that all UK applicable regulatory obligations are included in such a programme, (ii) carry out the 2nd line controls and define action plans if needed, and (iii) report the monitoring results to the local Management and to the Compliance unit on the headquarters

· To ensure that the Branch is not exposed to fraud (criminal risk in accordance with ECCTA regulation), and does not inadvertently facilitate financial crime.

· Developing of the group’s Third-party Risk Management Policy in relation to the compliance assessment and monitoring tasks over third-party providers.

· Supporting the Data Protection Officer of the Group at the branch.

· Handling branch’s client claims and complaints.

· To assit with the development, implementation, and maintenance of an anti money laundering program within the Branch, following the Group headquarters guidelines.

· Ensuring compliance with current AML regulations, and other relevant legislation.

· To perform ML/FT risk assessment on the Branch

· To analyze Allfunds counterparties according to the established methodology. Clients Due Diligence (DD) and Fund Houses DD in the onboarding process and ongoing.

· To perform daily AML monitoring activities: both client screening and payments screening, transaction monitoring and to assess potential suspicious transactions.

Awareness and training of the employees on compliance and AML matters.

Communication with the financial authorities as SMF16 and SMF17.
