TASKS

Support the preparation of presentations and materials for senior management, including quarterly results and business updates.

Assist in the preparation, analysis and communication of quarterly financial results and related reporting.

Develop presentations, reports and databases to support management requests, business planning and key corporate initiatives.

Build and maintain Excel-based reporting tools incorporating financial information, market data, consensus figures and Bloomberg data.

Monitor and analyse internal and external communications performance, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Support the production of content across corporate communications channels, including research, drafting, briefing notes, talking points and presentation materials.

Contribute to internal communications initiatives, helping ensure employees remain informed on key business developments and corporate projects.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Communications and the wider business to support ongoing reporting, messaging and project delivery.

EDUCATION

University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Communications or a related discipline.

MBA, CFA or other relevant professional qualification would be advantageous but not essential.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Good understanding of financial reporting, financial markets and/or the asset management industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience preparing presentations and materials for senior stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.

Fluent English required.
