SCAYLE is one of the fastest-growing enterprise commerce platforms in the world, enabling brands and retailers to realize their D2C ambitions. SCAYLE stands for innovation, international collaboration, and a strong focus on data. We believe that stepping outside of our comfort zone and making bold decisions is key to growing both professionally and personally. Instead of seeing problems as obstacles, we approach them as opportunities to find better solutions. We work in an environment that encourages flexibility, creativity, and continuous development. What drives us is the shared motivation to make an impact and actively shape the future of eCommerce.
As a Senior/Expert Technical Account Manager (TAM) at SCAYLE, you will be the strategic and technical point of contact for a portfolio of 5-10 enterprise E-Commerce SaaS customers. You will be deeply embedded in their technical ecosystems, helping align their business goals and product roadmaps with SCAYLE’s E-Commerce platform capabilities. Your goal is to ensure long-term customer success by acting as a bridge between client teams, internal product/engineering, and SCAYLE's platform roadmap.
This role requires a combination of enterprise-level account management, technical ecommerce expertise, and architectural understanding of composable commerce platforms.
Own and manage 5-10 enterprise customer relationships from a technical perspective
Act as the customer’s trusted advisor for SCAYLE platform usage, integration best practices, and architecture decisions

Lead technical QBRs, integration reviews, and roadmap alignment workshops
Monitor platform health, usage, and KPIs for your accounts and recommend improvements
Partner closely with Key Account Managers, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales
5+ years in enterprise ecommerce, SaaS platforms, or digital consulting
Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or Senior Consultant)
Deep understanding of ecommerce architectures: Storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS, ERP integrations
Familiarity with headless commerce and MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless)
Strong ability to read and understand architecture diagrams, API documentation, and technical specifications
Hands-on understanding of integrations via REST, GraphQL, and webhooks
Experience with monitoring tools, incident processes, and SLAs
