Plan and develop seasonal Home collections in close collaboration with management

Drive end-to-end product development and buying across different Home categories, with a particular focus on home textiles

Translate brand direction, market trends, and customer needs into strong, commercial product assortments

Oversee the full buying process, including product development, sourcing, production, quality control, and delivery

Lead negotiations with international suppliers regarding pricing, specifications, quality standards, quantities, timelines, and deliveries

Analyze product and category performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth

Ensure smooth workflows and continuously optimize buying and product development processes

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across brand, design, marketing, and operations

Degree in business administration, textile management, buying, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years’ relevant buying experience, ideally within Home and/or Home Textiles

Proven buying experience with an established and well-known Home, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brand

Strong knowledge of home textiles, fabrics, materials, product development, sourcing, and production

Strong commercial understanding, with an excellent sense for trends, competition, pricing, and assortment strategy

Experience working with international suppliers and managing products from initial concept through to production and delivery

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in English
