Manage and grow existing client relationships while acquiring new partners in the Retail Media business

Advise clients on Retail Media solutions and plan, present, and execute marketing campaigns, including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Content

Plan, coordinate, and manage campaigns in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and identify optimization opportunities

Take ownership of internal controlling topics, including revenue reporting, performance analysis, and monthly billing processes

Support the continuous improvement and automation of internal controlling processes

Degree in Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field

2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Account Management, CRM, Sales, Project Management, or Commercial Controlling, ideally within an e-commerce environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Excellent written and spoken English skills

Strong analytical mindset with a high affinity for numbers and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Hands-on, solution-oriented approach and a proactive way of working

Fluent in both English and German
