Lead strategic and operational cross-functional projects from inception to completion, consistently delivering on time and aligned with core business objectives

Perform deep-dive research and market analysis to guide executive decision-making and optimize project planning

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, optimize workflows, and directly boost business growth and profitability

Understand the roles and systems of different teams to coordinate projects effectively

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex bottlenecks, align priorities, and drive smooth project execution

Excellent university degree

Proven track record (several years) in project management, business development, or strategy preferably within a fast-paced scale-up, startup, or e-commerce environment

Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset and strong numerical proficiency

High level of autonomy with a demonstrated ability to take full ownership of complex initiatives and drive them to completion

Exceptional organizational skills and quick comprehension, with the adaptability to thrive in a high-growth environment

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; highly proficient in Microsoft Office
