Independently plan, manage and execute talent collaborations for our partner brands

Proactively scout talents, conduct outreach and lead negotiations with talents and their management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with talents, agencies and management teams

Identify and evaluate relevant social media trends, emerging talents and new collaboration opportunities

Own the end-to-end project management of collaborations, from concept development and execution to performance measurement, deriving actionable recommendations based on results

Work closely with internal teams across functions as well as external stakeholders

Degree in Fashion, PR, Marketing, Communications or a comparable qualification

Several years of relevant professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Talent or Influencer Marketing

Proven experience independently planning and executing talent and influencer collaborations

Strong understanding of social media trends, relevant platforms and emerging talents

Experience communicating and negotiating with talents, agencies and management teams

Structured, solution-oriented and creative approach with strong project management skills, a high degree of ownership and a hands-on mentality – also when managing multiple campaigns in parallel

Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
