We are looking for a working student in Vendor Management to support our International Key Accounts department in zooplus. As a Working Student you will play a crucial role to establish and maintain effective relationships between our organization and external vendors. By working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will support us on 4 main pillars: assortment, promotion/marketing, and reporting.

As a Working Student, you will be involved in:

Supporting the execution of a promotion and marketing calendar based on vendors objectives and the company's overall marketing strategy.

Monitor marketing and promotional implementations in stores and communicate with shops quickly in case of missing/wrong implementations.

Tracking and analyzing the performance of promotion and marketing activities to identify areas for improvement.

Suggesting recommendations for improvement based on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.

Providing monthly data reporting and basic digital insights.

Reviewing product listings and identifying gaps in vendor product offerings.

Support in basic logistical tasks.

Check market trends and activations.

Currently enrolled as a student for at least six more months (working towards a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field).

Fluency in English

Strong communication skills.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking and the ability to structure and handle multiple topics at the same time

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Available for working minimum 20 hours a week for at 6 months

The range shown reflects the full scope that the role can grow into over time, depending on experience, skills, and impact.
