The Technical Application Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end implementation, technical configuration, optimization, and lifecycle management of the enterprise applications.

You will assume technical ownership and oversight for a diverse ecosystem of third-party SaaS solutions and automated integrations spanning Legal Entity Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Transaction Monitoring, bridging the gap between technical platform capabilities and corporate risk architectures.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

You’ll support technical ownership and coordination for a diverse suite of Corporate Governance applications to ensure stability and availability, managing software landscapes across Legal, Contract & Signature Management, Compliance & Risk Screening, Audit Infrastructure, and Corporate Ops Platforms.

You’ll work with senior colleagues to design technical solutions, architectural records, and scalable, cloud-native system integration paths leveraging modern software interaction patterns like REST APIs following a fit-to-standard approach.

You’ll conduct structured workshops with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Audit to translate complex process requirements into seamless enterprise system configurations.

You’ll handle second- and third-level production support requests, troubleshooting system behaviors alongside external vendors or internal engineering teams while maintaining technical records, playbooks, and configuration guides.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…

You bring proven hands-on experience in cross-functional enterprise SaaS platforms.

You possess profound knowledge of software integration standards, data-mapping, and interacting with REST APIs to connect decoupled enterprise systems.

You bring fluency or working literacy in at least one or more programming/scripting languages or infrastructure toolsets (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL, Bash/PowerShell, or AWS environments) to handle basic automation and data queries.

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent combination of relevant technical certifications.

You possess professional fluency in English (German is an asset) and the confident interpersonal skills required to interact with cross-functional leads, manage ambiguity within evolving regulatory landscapes, and map out clear technical execution plans.
