ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE

Zalando makes e-commerce easy for our customers and partners. Backed by our tech and logistics expertise dedicated to fashion and lifestyle, we offer innovative business-to-business (B2B) services to our global partners. Our brand, ZEOS, takes this to the next level by opening our best-in-class fulfillment solutions so direct-to-consumer businesses across Europe operate seamlessly.

Our long-tail Partner segment represents a key growth driver in our partner ecosystem. As a Partner Growth Manager, you will scale this partner base by combining proactive account development, strategic enablement, automated sales processes, and AI-driven workflows.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

Drive Scalable 1-to-Many Growth: Lead engagement strategies across our long-tail partner landscape, identifying untapped opportunities to expand partner footprints and drive cross-selling and upselling of additional B2B services.

Build Automated Sales & Growth Processes: Translate commercial insights and hands-on learnings into repeatable, highly automated workflows to scale partner development efficiently without increasing manual overhead.

Champion AI-Driven Work Routines: Leverage cutting-edge generative AI models (such as Gemini and Claude) and explore modern automation solutions to streamline daily work routines, optimize reporting, and eliminate process bottlenecks.

Serve as 2nd-Level Escalation & Enablement Hub: Resolve complex partner requests escalated by 1st-level teams, using root-cause learnings to build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and training materials that permanently empowers the team.

Manage Salesforce & Workflows: Oversee Salesforce pipelines, maintaining accurate case and opportunity tracking while updating documentation to ensure data integrity and operational clarity.

Adapt & Innovate Agilely: Adapt flexibly to dynamic market demands and continuous change, ensuring agility, high partner satisfaction, and scalable growth across the long-tail segment.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF...

You bring 1–2 years of experience in B2B Account Management, Business Development, Partner Success, or Operations (including high-impact internships or working student roles) managing partner portfolios using 1-to-many approaches.

You are an AI Native with hands-on experience applying generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to optimize daily work routines, automate reporting, and innovate process workflows.

You possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to lead strategic sales, cross-selling, and upselling conversations.

You demonstrate strong process-building skills, enjoy deriving SOPs and enablement materials from operational learnings, and have hands-on experience with Salesforce.

You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments through flexible execution, creative problem-solving, and a balance of self-driven autonomy with cross-functional teamwork.

You hold a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field, with fluency in English.

About Zalando

Zalando runs Europe's biggest online fashion retailer, and its board mixes the two things that take to build one: Berlin carries the core engineering (IT, ML), and Bucharest carries a real second cluster doing the same, alongside retail operations and marketing roles that outnumber pure software on the list.
