About the Role:
As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will serve as a key resource for workforce reporting and analytics, with a strong focus on Workday reporting, dashboards, and scorecards. You will partner with HR, HR Systems, Centers of Excellence, and Workforce Intelligence to translate business needs into meaningful insights using Workday and workforce data available through Snowflake and the enterprise data lake.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and optimization of Workday reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
Develop complex Workday reporting solutions, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending reports.
Create calculated fields and reporting logic to support business and analytical requirements.
Design workforce metrics, KPIs, and visualizations that provide actionable insights.
Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate business questions into scalable solutions.
Collaborate with Workforce Intelligence to leverage Workday and other workforce data available through Snowflake and the data lake.
Determine whether reporting needs are best addressed within Workday or through broader enterprise analytics solutions.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues and support data validation and reconciliation.
Maintain reporting standards and ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance requirements.
Skills
Advanced Workday reporting, dashboards, and scorecards expertise.
Strong experience with Workday calculated fields, business objects, data sources, and security.
Strong workforce data analysis and visualization skills.
Ability to define KPIs and translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
Ability to communicate complex data and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong collaboration skills across HR, technology, and analytics teams.
