<p>Our Onboarding teams create and build our relationships with merchants. Together, we’ve helped big brands, local stores and neighborhood restaurants do over €15 billion’s worth of business through our platform. <h2>What you’ll be doing</h2>

<h3><strong>Day-to-day in this role you’ll:</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Onboard venues into Wolt's platform - booking and uploading photos, uploading menus to set guides, menu and profile translations, training and restaurant/retail support.</li>

<li>Ensuring Restaurant and Retail Partner profiles on the platform are up to date and to support them on a day-to-day basis together with Support Associates.</li>

<li>Proactively search for knowledge cross functions when needed.</li>

<li>Follow-up on personal and team KPIs for lead time and onboarding volume.</li>

<li>Work together with Development Managers to optimize Restaurant and Retail Partner performance.</li>
