⭐ Join Wolt as a Full-Time or Part-Time English Speaking Support Associate! ⭐

We’re looking for onsite full-time or part-time (30 hrs/week) Support Associates who can communicate fluently in English, both in writing and speaking. We are also welcoming students to apply!

You’ll join our Support team for the North region in Budapest (Office location: 2nd district) and as part of our Shared Service Center, you’ll be supporting Wolt countries and making a real impact every day.

💙 What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone

Helping ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations

Working closely with the support team and other Wolt teams to continuously improve our service

🌟 What We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous customer service experience - we’ll train you! If you do have experience, that’s a bonus, but what really matters is your attitude and eagerness to learn.

You’re a great fit if you:

Communicate clearly, warmly, and with a customer-first mindset

Learn quickly, multitask with ease, and enjoy a fast-paced environment

Already existing availability and the right to work in Hungary

You can work minimum 30 hours per week across different shift types (morning, night, weekend) as required since we operate 24/7

You have professional working proficiency in English

🎁 What You’ll Get by Joining Us

Our starting salary for a 40-hour full-time position is 467,000 HUF gross per month, plus a shift allowance. The base hourly rate for students is 2,150 HUF.
