Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money.

Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.

Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.

For everyone, everywhere.

More about our mission and what we offer.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Specialist to join our Banking Operations Program.

Banking Operations supports the processes and controls behind how Wise works with banking partners across markets. Our program helps this work scale by improving its processes, tools, controls, documentation and measures of success.

In this role, you’ll own improvement outcomes within a defined area of Banking Operations. You’ll identify important problems, develop practical solutions, coordinate implementation and measure the impact. You’ll work across teams to create simpler, safer and more scalable ways of working.

This is a senior specialist role where you’ll deliver through your expertise, organisation, communication and influence.

In this role, you will:

Lead complex improvements from problem identification through implementation, adoption, impact measurement and handover.

Use data and root-cause analysis to identify and prioritise problems, assess opportunities, set clear measures of success and confirm the impact of improvements.

Turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions across processes, ownership, controls, documentation, tooling, automation and artificial intelligence (AI).

Coordinate cross-functional, multi-quarter initiatives with clear scope, risks, decisions and measures of success.

Work in areas where the problem or path is not yet clearly defined, figure out what is needed and build processes, tools and ways of working from the ground up.

Work with Banking Operations, Banking, Product, Engineering, Data, Risk and Controls, Compliance and Security to deliver agreed outcomes.

Develop solutions that reduce operational cost and risk, release capacity, improve quality or create better outcomes for customers and banking partners.

Help shape priorities and influence roadmap and investment decisions.

Build reusable frameworks, share knowledge and mentor colleagues to strengthen capability across the wider team.

A proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional improvements from problem definition through implementation to measurable results

Experience working through ambiguity, finding root causes and choosing a clear way forward

Good analytical judgement and experience using data to assess opportunities, compare trade-offs, define targets and measure impact

Basic SQL skills and/or experience using business intelligence tools

Experience developing simple, scalable solutions across areas such as product, tooling, processes, controls, documentation, automation or AI

The ability to explain complex topics clearly, work through trade-offs and influence people across different teams

An understanding of operational risk and controls, including when to involve Risk and Controls or Compliance

Experience sharing knowledge, mentoring others or helping teams reduce reliance on a single person.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message to different audiences.

If you're interested in the position, please apply by submitting your CV in English by October 27th, 2026.

For everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive.

We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences.

Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
