Information about the position

As our new Team Lead of Trust & Safety Operations, you’ll be directly responsible for the growth and development of your team members working with content moderation and appeals. We’re looking for someone to successfully achieve our ultimate goal of making Vinted’s community feel well taken care of.

You’ll be a role model for your team, demonstrating your core values and excellent communication skills, as well as being an expert in providing member support of the highest quality. You’ll be reporting to the Manager of Trust & Safety Operations and working alongside other Team Leads. By driving operational excellence in your own team, you’ll be directly contributing to the mission of the whole Community Support department.

In this position, you’ll

Align the team on clear objectives, track progress through regular 1:1s, and provide timely, actionable feedback to support performance and growth

Ensure effective collaboration framework with internal and external stakeholders on multi-team projects

Focus on the professional and personal growth of your team, including conducting performance and compensation reviews.

Build and maintain a team of people who trust each other, are not afraid of conflict, are committed and accountable, and cares about results.

Implement TSO strategic directions

Identify and make improvements to our operations and processes

Take ownership of achieving the set service quality targets

About you

Experience in a leadership role or a proven track record of growth towards a leadership role

Possess excellent organisational and time management abilities

Demonstrate strong communication skills.

The gross monthly salary range for this position is:

€2.550—€3.450 EUR
