Brief info about Vinted

Our mission is to make second-hand the first choice, and we're looking for people who want to help us get there. Every day, we work together to help our members buy and sell pre-loved clothing and lifestyle items, giving each piece a second life – or even a third.

The Vinted Group is made up of three business units that support this mission:

Vinted Marketplace is Europe’s leading platform for second-hand fashion and a go-to destination for all kinds of pre-loved items, with a growing range of categories. Our platform connects millions of members across 20+ markets, helping great items find a new life.

Vinted Go enhances the shipping experience with a vast network of over 500,000 pick-up and drop-off points, partnering with more than 60 carriers across Europe, with added services like item verification for peace of mind on high-value pieces.

Vinted Pay is the newest part of the Vinted Group, dedicated to bringing secure, reliable payments to buyers and sellers across Europe. Seamlessly integrated into the Vinted app, it helps keep every transaction safe, efficient, and easy for our members.

Founded in 2008 in Lithuania, Vinted began as a way for friends to find new homes for clothes they no longer needed. In 2019, we became Lithuania's first unicorn! Today, our headquarters remain in Vilnius, and we've grown with offices across Europe, supported by a team of over 2,000 people.

Information about the position

The Regional Delivery Manager acts as the end-to-end commercial and operational owner of our carrier partnerships and delivery performance across a region within the market (for example Western France). This role bridges commercial procurement and day-to-day operational execution.

Your mission is dual-focused: first, you will identify, select, negotiate pricing, and contract the most suitable carriers within set commercial margins to optimize our unit economics. Second, you will drive operational excellence by managing carrier performance, tracking capacity, and leading weekly business reviews. From the initial sourcing of a carrier to their daily operational tracking and SLA compliance, you will ensure a seamless, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery experience for Vinted members.

In this position, you’ll

Manager daily Performance & Issue Resolution: Analyze daily delivery metrics across the network and lead alignment calls with underperforming partners to demand root-cause analyses and corrective action plans when performance dips.

Flow & Capacity Monitoring: Review daily flow reports to clear package leftovers, track non-compliant pickup points, and coordinate with the Points team to implement corrective actions.

On-Site Floor Checks: Conduct regular on-site operational checks to monitor sorting status and dispatch readiness, aligning with operations teams to resolve unexpected daily issues.

Daily Leadership Alignment: Participate in daily business reviews with the Country Lead to evaluate performance, address urgent operational topics, and adjust forecasted vehicle resources to maximize efficiency.

Weekly Partner Reviews: Lead Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) with key partners to enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs), review driver performance, and confirm carrier capacity against forecasted volumes.

Penalty & Compliance Enforcement: Execute action plans for distribution centers failing to meet weekly quality and loss thresholds, coordinating updates with the Country Lead.

Sourcing & Price Negotiations: Monitor market developments to actively challenge and re-negotiate pricing with partner DSPs to align with cost targets and maintain healthy commercial margins.

Carrier Sourcing & Network Resilience: Research, select, and contract new carriers in your region, maintaining a strong backup partner network to guarantee service continuity.

Site Quality Audits: Conduct audits at distribution centers to evaluate overall operational quality and partner compliance.

Strategic Project Support: Drive and track progress on dedicated projects assigned by the Country Lead, such as network expansions and green logistics initiatives.

About you

Proven Logistical & Operational Expertise: Solid experience in last-mile logistics, with a deep understanding of operational metrics (SLA, MM/LM scans, resort rates, dispatch readiness, and sorting processes).

Strong Sourcing & Commercial Negotiation Skills: Track record of searching, selecting, and contracting logistics providers. Confident in challenging DSP pricing structures and executing commercial re-negotiations to align with target OKRs.

Data-Driven & Analytical: Ability to digest daily flow reports, identify performance trends, and translate operational data into concrete sourcing strategies or penalty action plans.

High Operational Discipline: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with structured daily and weekly timelines (including D-1 performance reviews, daily floor checks, and weekly WBRs).

Resilient Problem Solver: Skilled at demanding and evaluating formal Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) from partners, and implementing immediate, structured action plans to turn poor performance around.

Excellent Communication & Languages: Fluent in French and English. You must be comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders—from carrier drivers and warehouse operators to DSP executives and Country Leads.

Proactive Risk Mindset: Exceptional foresight in managing capacity risks, regional holidays, and partner changes to safeguard network resilience.

Mobility: Ready and willing to travel frequently for distribution center audits.

About Vinted

Vinted is Europe's largest second-hand fashion marketplace and one of the few consumer platforms at that scale run entirely from the Baltics. Engineering sits in Vilnius and Kaunas, with product and commercial teams in Amsterdam and Berlin — the Lithuanian sites are the core, not a satellite. The interesting work is marketplace scale: search and recommendations over a catalogue that turns over constantly, payments and trust across two dozen countries.
