Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Implementation leads to ensure every account launch is "A+" and delivers immediate value.
Navigate and unblock complex negotiations with Procurement, Finance, and HR leaders to position Uber as a critical infrastructure partner.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex sales cycles within Large Corporations/Enterprise segments.
Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
Demonstrated ability to conduct strategic territory and account planning.
Advanced English and Spanish proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling consumption-based technology or "Anything-as-a-Service" (XaaS) solutions.

Experience with a structured sales framework or methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger).
Resilience and a "builder" mindset with the ability to navigate market adversity and ongoing product development.

About Uber
Uber's European roles run through London, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid and Lisbon, but this board is overwhelmingly commercial: 76 sales and operations roles against five in engineering. The engineering roles are real and there are very few of them, so filter rather than browse.
