The Community Operations organization at Uber is responsible for delivering world-class customer support to riders, drivers, eaters, and couriers. Within our Community Operations organization, our business development team focuses on revenue generating activity.

What You’ll Do
Provide high quality support to clients
Meet sales or revenue generation goals
Sell to, onboard, and manage relationships with clients
Uncover prospects’ business challenges and highlight the business’ value proposition
Communicate with clients over various mediums
Identify best practices for sales
Basic Qualifications
6+ months of experience in Sales / B2B environment in a fast paced company
Must be able to work from the designated Center of Excellence (COE) location
Exceptional listening, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to communicate clearly while staying organized when engaging stakeholders
Strong time management and prioritization
Logical and data-driven decision-maker
Autonomous and target-driven
Proficiency in French and English, demonstrating clear verbal and written communicatio
Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience working in Sales / B2B environment in fast-paced company
A team-player mindset that thrives in a collaborative, fast-changing environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to figure out the best path forward when answers aren't immediate
Systems thinking approach to identify and escalate issues that impact the user experience at scale.
