About the role and team

Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don’t come with a script. As an Account Manager for Global Delivery Partnerships, you will manage some of our most influential and complex national restaurant brands. This is a high-stakes, client-facing role where you bridge the gap between Uber’s global logistics platform and the strategic growth of enterprise partners.

The pace here is fast and the environment is unmapped; you’ll need to make smart decisions with imperfect information and own them end-to-end. This role isn't just about managing accounts - it's about resilient problem-solving and consultative storytelling in a landscape that changes daily. If you are energized by the "messy reality" of building high-value partnerships and motivated by the challenge of influencing C-level decision-makers, this is where you’ll grow.

What you’ll do

Own the growth and success of a portfolio of national large account partners, navigating internal complexity and shifting priorities to exceed quarterly growth goals.

Build and sustain trusting relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers, earning their confidence through reliability and deep subject-matter expertise.

Drive operational excellence by using internal data to identify patterns in delivery timeliness and completion rates, then pitching actionable plans to improve performance.

Act as an internal advocate and the voice of the customer, unblocking growth by navigating complex internal processes across Product, Marketing, and Legal.

Deliver data-backed insights and methodologies to highlight trends, uncovering opportunities for partners to increase investment through a creative lens.

Lead the launch and management of complex campaigns and integrations, proactively communicating updates and setting realistic expectations through high-velocity execution.

Basic Qualifications

5 + years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role managing enterprise or mid-market accounts.

Proven track record of building and implementing joint business plans that drive strategic value.

Experience using data to influence senior decision-makers and quantify commercial opportunities.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward measurable impact.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing global brands within food delivery or third-party marketplaces.

Background in advertising sales, marketing, or business development at a leading restaurant brand.

Proficiency in SQL for independent data-driven decision-making and reporting.

Demonstrated grit and resourcefulness when navigating ambiguous product or market conditions.

Ready to Ride?

This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook — it's where you help write one. If you're driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves — we'd love to hear from you.

You may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and other compensation, as well as a range of benefits. Explore our benefits.

Uber's European roles run through London, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid and Lisbon, but this board is overwhelmingly commercial: 76 sales and operations roles against five in engineering. The engineering roles are real and there are very few of them, so filter rather than browse.
