Leading a sales team at Uber Eats means moving fast in a competitive landscape where the real world and digital commerce intersect. As a Sales Manager for our Sweden Restaurant team, you aren't just managing a pipeline; you are building the strategic engine that powers local economies by mapping market opportunities and connecting merchants to millions of users.

You will lead a large, high-performing team of Account Executives, pairing data-driven territory strategy with the grit of outbound prospecting. You will guide your team through the financial complexity of high-stakes negotiations and structured deal design to bring the best local favorites onto our platform.

This role is for a leader who thrives in ambiguity and finds energy in the reality of scaling a business through market analytics and commercial discipline. You will need to balance long-term strategic commercial planning with deep, hands-on coaching—leveraging pipeline diagnostics to optimize performance and making tough calls under pressure to hit ambitious revenue targets. If you are a resilient, people-first leader who can turn complex market data into an actionable roadmap and inspire a team to exceed their own expectations, this is where you’ll grow. We offer market-leading benefits, a flexible hybrid work setup, and an office located in Kungsgatan.

What you’ll do

Data-Driven Leadership & Coaching: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account executives, leveraging funnel analytics, conversion benchmarks, and commercial coaching to unblock pipelines, optimize win rates, and accelerate career trajectories.

Geo-Level Commercial Strategy: Analyze supply-demand economics, merchant density, and competitive intelligence to formulate regional growth strategies to maximize new business acquisition.

Pipeline & Lifecycle Execution: Manage full-lifecycle sales execution with financial discipline—using predictive forecasting metrics to monitor pipeline health and stepping in to co-structure complex, high-value merchant deals.

Cross-Functional Optimization: Partner with Operations, Expansion, and other Uber Eats markets to resolve blockers, optimize workflows, and deliver restaurant partner solutions that scale.

Performance Architecture & Accountability: Instill a culture of excellence by using quantitative deal reviews, conversion diagnostics, and performance calibrations to ensure the team consistently hits or exceeds targets

Strategic Market Troubleshooting: Analyze market dynamics and competitor shifts, using empirical data insights to iterate sales tactics, reduce merchant churn, and refine the platform value proposition.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.

Proven track record of coaching underperforming team members to exceed ambitious revenue targets.
