About you:

You enjoy turning data into clear financial insight that helps people make better decisions. You build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and feel comfortable offering constructive challenge when needed.

You have a commercial mindset and enjoy understanding what drives business performance. You're naturally curious, analytical and confident explaining complex information in a simple way. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work and are always looking for ways to improve processes and reporting.

Day-to-day, you will:

Partner with senior leaders across the business, providing insight and challenge to support decision-making.

Own financial reporting, forecasting and planning activities, ensuring information is accurate, complete and meaningful.

Analyse cost performance, explain key trends and drivers, and provide recommendations that support business goals.

Work closely with finance colleagues to improve reporting, share best practice and support continuous improvement.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

Experience in finance business partnering, financial planning and analysis, management reporting or a similar finance role.

Strong Excel, financial modelling and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.

Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.

A professional finance qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, or working towards one.
