About you

You're a skilled Project Manager with a passion for technology and pride in your work. A collaborative team player, you take shared ownership of programme completion across functions, always focused on delivering better outcomes for customers and teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while continually improving your skills and supporting those around you.

Day-to-day, you will:

Project Coordination & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans — including schedules, resource allocation and RAID management — to deliver projects on time. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency, unlock capacity, and proactively address risks and issues within programmes and projects.

Drive Key Initiatives: Coordinate and advance IT & Operations projects, ensuring alignment with divisional goals and strategic priorities.

Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication and maintain alignment on objectives, deliverables, and milestones with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

Change Management Expertise: Proven experience in change management within a software or operational environment.

Project Leadership: Strong programme and project management skills, adept at handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Effective Communication: Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with strong verbal and written skills.

Collaborative Team Player: Skilled at working in virtual, global, and cross-functional teams, with a talent for motivating and inspiring others.
