Our Graduate Academy
Our structured 6-month Graduate Academy will steer you on a learning path from Day 1!
Months 1-2: Training in .NET, React, APIs, SQL, Security, Quality Engineering, AI-assisted development, and Responsible AI
Months 3-4: Internal projects and practical product challenges
Months 5-6: Integration into a live engineering team contributing to customer-facing products and AI-enabled initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage AI-assisted development tools and Generative AI technologies to accelerate coding, testing, automation, and the delivery of intelligent product capabilities.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs to ensure quality, security, and Responsible AI compliance while contributing to AI-powered customer experiences using Azure AI services and modern cloud technologies.
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions, participating in requirements analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based applications through modern development practices, including CI/CD pipelines, quality assurance, and Agile delivery.
Your skills and experiences include:
1-3 years of experience developing cloud-based applications using C#, .NET, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue.js), with an interest in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and Generative AI technologies to enhance software delivery
Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability, and excellent English communication skills
Passionate about technology and AI, collaborative, analytical, proactive, adaptable, customer-focused, quality-driven, and committed to continuous learning
After the Graduate Academy – as a Junior Software Engineer you will:
Develop and enhance software solutions using modern technologies and AI-assisted development tools to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
Analyze requirements, understand business logic, contribute to solution design, and leverage AI-powered insights to improve development efficiency and product outcomes.
Debug applications, identify root causes of defects, and use AI-enabled tools to support troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with QA, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure quality standards, best practices, and exceptional customer experiences.
Contribute to cloud-based software delivery through source control, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern DevOps practices.
Explore and support the integration of Generative AI, intelligent automation, and AI-powered product capabilities across the software development lifecycle.
Continuously develop expertise in emerging technologies, including AI, cloud services, and modern engineering practices.
Communicate progress effectively, maintain accurate project tracking, and work collaboratively across departments to deliver business value
