About Tendos

Tendos is the AI platform for manufacturers in the construction industry. We are redefining how sales and tender processes work: from finding the right projects to processing inquiries, creating quotes and entering orders. Our AI agents run these processes end to end, including the complex steps that used to depend on a few experts, and the platform gets better with every action. We are live with leading manufacturers across Europe and process quotes worth billions of euros. Inside sales is where we started; the platform and the markets we serve are expanding. We are a team of around 20 in the heart of Munich, and we work AI-first: every function automates its own back office. Construction is the biggest industry in the world, and it still runs on manual sales work. We are changing that.

The role

You are the right hand of our CPO, who owns Product, Design and all customer-facing teams: Account Management, Customer Success and Solution Engineering. You work across that whole surface and you own outcomes end to end. One week you are driving a larger cross-team project, the next you are preparing a contract negotiation, jumping into a customer project, or unblocking something in Solution Engineering. You are close to the founders, you see how the company is built, and you build with us.

This role is for someone who wants to build: who thinks like an owner, moves fast and would rather solve the problem than wait for someone to define it. It is deliberately open in seniority. If you are early in your career, this is the fastest way to learn how a company is built from the inside. If you bring more experience, the role scales toward strategic company-building initiatives independently, closer to a Chief of Staff.

What you'll do

Own the daily operations across Product, Design and the customer-facing teams: keep things moving, spot what is about to break and fix it before it does.

Run larger cross-team projects end to end: scope, plan, drive and land them.

Support contract work and customer negotiations: preparation, structure, follow-through.

Jump into customer projects and Solution Engineering where it counts, hands-on.

Turn messy, ambiguous problems into clear next steps, without waiting for a brief.

Work AI-first: automate your own operations wherever possible, with the quality bar of an expert. No AI slop.

What you must bring

Entrepreneurial drive: you want to build, take ownership and run at full load.

Structured thinking paired with a bias for action: you can zoom from strategy to the smallest operational detail and back.

Comfort with ambiguity and context-switching across very different topics in the same day.

AI-first as a habit: you automate your own work and can tell good AI output from plausible-looking junk.

Munich on-site. Fluent English and German.
