Willingness to learn new tools and technologies, especially those used in embedded software development.

Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and contribute to technical problem-solving.

Good English language skills (both spoken and written).

Ideally, you’ll also have:

Experience administering GitLab servers and managing GitLab Runners.

Knowledge of Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), or GitOps practices.

Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.

Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, secrets management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault), and automated security scanning.

Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and routing).

Experience with virtualization platforms and hypervisors (e.g., Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper-V).

Understanding of C/C++ development workflows, build systems (CMake, Make), or cross-compilation.

Previous experience with embedded systems, firmware development, or hardware-related testing environments.

What we offer:

Great opportunities to grow in a strong and rapidly expanding company.

Modern development environment where teams work with up-to-date technologies and practices such as unit testing, integration testing, simulations, and continuous improvement.
