We are seeking to recruit a Payment and Settlement Officer for a junior-level position.

Your responsibilities

Processing payments in accordance with proper instructions received from clients and/or authorised signatories

Processing trade settlements in accordance with proper instructions received from clients and/or authorised signatories

Reconciling company bank accounts, client cash accounts and securities accounts

Communicating with clients and third parties

Performing general office administration tasks

Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Head of Business Operations and SQFSM management

Providing ad hoc support to the company’s related parties

Previous experience in payment processing is an asset

Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory; other languages are an asset.

Enjoy flexible working hours, with the possibility of starting your day as early as 7:30 a.m. and finishing at 2:30 p.m.
