Our HR team is the backbone of Surfshark, handling everything people-related. They recruit top talent, onboard newcomers, and upskill employees through Learning & Development. HR Business Partners tackle complex team and structural challenges, while HR Operations manage processes and data. Admins ensure a great office environment, and our Recruitment team grows Surfshark by bringing in talented individuals. With their support, we’ve grown to 400+ strong and continue to thrive.

Now, our HR team is looking for additional hands and brains to join and help us keep growing.

IF YOU WANT TO:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of tech Talent Acquisition Partners - taking full ownership of their performance, growth, and career progression;

- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to align on priorities, manage expectations, and shape hiring decisions;

- Drive the adoption of new tools, AI-driven recruiting practices, and side initiatives that keep the team ahead;

- Improve team workflows and processes, removing friction and driving efficiency across the recruiting lifecycle;

- Own the quality of the hiring process, ensuring consistency and high standards across all tech hires;

- Track and act on key tech recruitment metrics - use data to spot trends, measure performance, and lead the team towards continuous improvement;

- Ensure a consistently strong candidate experience at every stage.

AND YOU CAN CHECK OFF:

- Proven experience in a leadership role managing a recruiting team;

- Track record of full-cycle technical recruiting within a dynamic, fast-paced, or global environment;

- Strong ability to build relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments;

- Data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy;

- Experience driving process improvements and owning initiatives beyond day-to-day recruiting;

- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
