Practical Information

Location: Poland | Work Arrangement: Remote-first position with periodic in-office presence as required | Reports to: Azure Cloud Team Leader | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Poland | Contract type: Full time | Language requirements: Fluent/professional English and Polish, written and verbal

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Team Leader to join our Cloud team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions, overseeing infrastructure across hardware, software, and networks. You will deliver secure, scalable short- and long-term solutions that meet organizational needs, while installing, configuring, administering, upgrading, and maintaining IT systems and network infrastructure. The role sits within the Information Technology Job Family Group and may span multiple IT disciplines.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical mentoring to the cloud team 

Plan team workload and support competency development 

Design cloud architectures in cloud-native, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud models 

Act as a cloud architect in delivery projects (requirements analysis, workshops, recommendations) 

Build and develop infrastructure based on Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) 

Define standards, architectural patterns, and best practices 

Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Network, and development teams 

Ensure a high level of security and compliance 

Participate in presales activities (concepts, estimation support, high-level architectures) 

What we need to see from you

Very good knowledge of Azure and AWS services 

Practical experience with DevOps / CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab) 

At least basic proficiency in Terraform 

Ability to design networks (VNET/VPC, routing, VPN, ExpressRoute / Direct Connect) 

Experience in building hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud) 

Understanding of security aspects in cloud and hybrid environments 

Experience designing highly available and scalable architectures 

Required Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert 

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate 

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional 

This role requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise and the ability to interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices. You will solve new and complex problems by taking a broader perspective. You are someone who can work independently, with guidance only in the most complex situations. You may also lead large or complex projects.
