Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Netherlands | Language Requirements: fluent/professional Dutch and English, written and verbal

As our new Technology Project Manager, you will steer projects to success, delivering on time, within budget, and aligned with our pmONE Project Delivery Framework. Working closely with a diverse team of experts, you will lead cutting-edge initiatives and ensure every milestone is achieved with precision while tackling challenges head-on.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Success: Plan, organize, and manage small to medium-sized IT projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and quality goals

Lead the Pack: Support and guide a top-notch project team, fostering collaboration and championing innovation

Stay on Track: Oversee project documentation, facilitate resource identification, and keep stakeholders informed with regular status updates

Shape the Future: Identify new opportunities within projects and contribute to early qualification and assessment

Mind the Budget: Control costs and ensure projects remain financially healthy

Build Relationships: Manage client relationships and collaborate with corporate teams, customers, and third-party vendors to deliver exceptional solutions

Improve Processes: Promote knowledge sharing, provide training to the project team, and support continuous improvement

What we need to see from you

Proven experience in project management within a systems integrator or large service organization, supported by PMP or Prince2 certification

Solid technical foundation in project management methodologies and tools, with a good understanding of project financials

Strong communication skills suited for a bilingual environment

Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and a strong focus on achieving shared goals

Driven, motivated, and accountable, demonstrating ownership and professionalism in day-to-day work

Strong consulting mindset, with a willingness to grow and make an impact in a dynamic environment
