The role

Are you passionate about securing and shaping the future of AI in a highly regulated environment?

Do you enjoy advising stakeholders at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies?

Would you like to influence enterprise-wide AI security and governance from day one?

As the Senior AI Security & Governance Architect, you will play a key role in defining the architecture, security, and governance foundations within a leading financial organization. Working across security, architecture, and business teams, you will design secure AI platforms, establish governance frameworks, and drive the adoption of AI technologies in a compliant and scalable way.

Practical Information:

Location: Budapest, Hungary | Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office per week) | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Hungary | Language Requirements: fluent/professional level of Hungarian and English

Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive AI security architecture principles, standards, and best practices

Design secure and scalable AI solutions across Microsoft technologies and Agentic AI

Establish and evolve AI governance frameworks to support responsible AI adoption

Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Partner with enterprise architects, security leaders, and business stakeholders to shape AI strategy

Apply a risk-based approach to AI architecture and solution design

What we need to see from you

Experience in IT Architecture, Cybersecurity, or Technology Consulting

Strong knowledge of Azure, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI technologies

Previous experience in cybersecurity - Microsoft security solutions, including Defender, Purview, and security regulations such as AI Act, ISO 27001/42001, NIST, or DORA

Experience working in governance and compliance-driven environments

Strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for emerging AI technologies
