Location: Warsaw, Poland | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Language Requirements: Fluent Polish & Communicative English | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Poland

As our new Flexera / Snow Software - Senior Technical Consultant you will support customers throughout the full lifecycle of Software Lifecycle Management solutions, from design and implementation to optimization and ongoing support. You will work with Snow Software and related technologies to deliver integrations, automation, migrations, and enhancements across customer environments. Working closely with customers, consultants, and engagement managers, you will contribute to the successful delivery and operation of SLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and plan SLM, ITAM, and ITSM solution architectures

Lead Snow Software implementations, upgrades, and optimizations

Develop integrations, interfaces, and automation solutions

Support migrations, troubleshooting, and technical enhancements

Monitor solution performance and data quality across customer environments

Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to deliver successful customer outcomes

What we need to see from you

Broad technology knowledge with experience in system integration and solution design

Experience working with Software Asset Management (SAM), ideally with hands-on Snow Software expertise

Experience designing and implementing ITAM, ITSM, or SAM solutions

Knowledge of software licensing and software asset optimization

Analytical skills with experience using Excel and data analysis tools to deliver customer recommendations

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workloads, and deliver successful outcomes
