Practical Information

Location: Bucharest, Romania | Work arrangement: Hybrid | Contract type: Full-time | Visa status: Valid working visa for country of employment | Language requirements: Fluent/professional English written and verbal; additional languages are a plus

As our new Learning Experience Designer, you will create and deliver engaging, scalable learning solutions that support business needs and employee development across the organization. You will design, build, and continuously enhance learning experiences, curricula, and content, leveraging modern technologies and learning methodologies to maximize learner engagement and impact. Working closely with stakeholders, you will help drive a culture of continuous learning through innovative, accessible, and business-aligned learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Create and curate innovative and effective learning solutions, including e-learning modules, trainer led courses and blended learning programs

Utilize instructional design principles and methodologies to create learner-centered experiences

Conduct needs assessments with the requestors, business stakeholders or Subject Matter Experts to analyze real need, advise on the best learning approach and suggest the appropriate learning solutions

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning design and technology

Partner with internal and external content providers and external business partners learning solutions (e.g. MS, AWS, GCP) to curate high-quality learning resources

Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, including timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications, to ensure timely and successful delivery of learning solutions

Facilitate and moderate social learning communities by encouraging active participation, fostering knowledge sharing, and maintaining a collaborative and inclusive environment for all learners

What we need to see from you

Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

Proven experience designing, developing, and curating engaging learning solutions and materials for adult learners across digital, instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning environments

Strong expertise with learning content authoring tools, multimedia production, and AI-enabled technologies, including tools such as Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging AI platforms

Experience administering and optimizing learning management systems, ideally platforms such as Docebo and Percipio

Background in Learning & Development within a fast-paced, technology-driven organization, with the ability to align learning solutions to business needs

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach to supporting learners and business partners

Creative, self-driven, and adaptable, with a passion for digital learning, innovation, and continuous improvement
